Why do you no longer offer hotel booking services?

In order to most effectively meet our current business and customer needs, we are repositioning our approach, into a transportation company. Therefore, we no longer offer hotel booking services. We will continue focusing on providing the cheapest flight options and the best user experience for our users.

I have a hotel booking. Is it still valid?

Yes, all bookings completed before March 14, 2014 are confirmed and valid.

How can I change or cancel my hotel booking?

Changes and cancellations are handled by our customer service Team. Please, send your request via e-mail or by phone, providing your booking ID.
